Stuart Manning's charges are withdrawn!

RELIEF FOR STUART MANNING AS CHARGES IN AUSTRALIA ARE WITHDRAWN

It is with great relief that sense has prevailed and these charges have now been withdrawn & dismissed. Stuart's involvement in this incident was only after permission was sought, and gained from the only authority available - the producers of the programme. ITV has accepted this responsibility and the matter is now closed regarding the prosecution of Stuart. Whilst we appreciate that the RSPCA has a responsibility and important role to play, Stuart is relieved by the matter coming to an end and never intended on being involved in any actions that would cause offense, perceived otherwise, whilst a contestant in the Program, "I'm a Celebrity...Get me out of here!" in Australia.

Speaking from the Los Angeles, Stuart says "This comes as great news as I can now continue to move forward with my acting career. I wish to thank my family, friends and fans for their support during this time.".
